Welcome to Oï Bali Sacred Soul, a brand of PT Frangipani Rituals Bali. Thank you for your trust and interest in our Bali-born creations, inspired by nature and the ritual of care.

These Terms & Conditions inform our customers about the terms of ordering, payment, shipping, and returns for products offered on www.oibali.com. They define the rights and obligations of both PT Frangipani Rituals Bali and its customers (individuals or professionals) in Indonesia and internationally.

By confirming your order, you acknowledge having read and accepted these Terms & Conditions without reservation. Please read them carefully before any purchase.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to the online sale of cosmetic and well-being products by Oï Bali Sacred Soul to customers in Indonesia and worldwide.

3. Products

Each product is described as accurately as possible. Images are non-contractual but faithfully represent the product’s nature.

4. Prices & Taxes

  • Prices are displayed in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) or USD/EUR depending on the customer’s location.
  • Local taxes (e.g., Indonesian VAT) are included where applicable.
  • Any import duties or customs taxes are borne by the customer.

5. Orders

Placing an order on the Website constitutes full acceptance of these T&C. Oï Bali Sacred Soul may refuse an order for legitimate reasons (stockout, payment issues, or suspected fraud).

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely via approved providers (e.g., bank cards, PayPal, or other local methods where available). An order is confirmed once payment is validated.

7. Shipping

  • Indonesia (domestic): approx. 2–5 business days (GoSend, Grab, JNE or equivalent).
  • International: approx. 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • Delays may occur due to customs inspection or force majeure.

8. Returns & Exchanges

  • 14-day period from receipt to request a return or exchange.
  • Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
  • Used, opened, altered, or customized items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the error is ours.

9. Intellectual Property

All Website content (texts, visuals, logo, design) is the exclusive property of Oï Bali Sacred Soul / PT Frangipani Rituals Bali. Any reproduction or use without written consent is prohibited.

10. Personal Data

Customer data is processed only to fulfill orders and improve service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not store payment card details on our servers.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indonesian law. The parties will first seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
