We craft our products with care and stand by their quality. If your experience does not meet expectations, the following policy applies:

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
• Items that are opened, used, altered, or customized cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to Request a Return

1. Email frangipani.rituals@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for our confirmation and instructions before shipping the item back.
3. Unless the error is ours, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued within 7–10 business days via the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
